By creating an account and using BioMech Coaching ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and BioMech Coaching.

2. THE SERVICE

BioMech Coaching provides AI-generated personalised workout and nutrition plans based on data you provide. Plans are generated using scientific methods and validated equations, but are automated and do not constitute professional medical, dietary, or personal training advice.

3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The content provided by BioMech Coaching is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any new exercise programme or making significant dietary changes, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You acknowledge that physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks. You participate in any programme suggested by BioMech Coaching entirely at your own risk.

BioMech Coaching is not responsible for any injury, illness, adverse health outcome, or loss of any kind arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Service or your decision to follow any generated plan. Results are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in exercise and that you have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid physical activity. If you are in any doubt about your health, do not use the Service without first seeking medical advice.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate information — plan quality depends directly on the accuracy of your data.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform or its generated content for commercial purposes.
• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures.
• Provide deliberately false information to manipulate plan outputs.

6. PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Access to BioMech Coaching requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be offered for first-month subscriptions. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agree to this policy. For any billing queries, contact us at coach@biomechcoaching.com.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The BioMech Coaching platform, including its design, code, and methodology, is owned by BioMech Coaching. The personalised plans generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioMech Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss arising from following a generated plan. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
