- Account information — email address and password (or Google account details if you sign in with Google).
- Body metrics — age, sex, height, weight, body fat percentage, and circumference measurements you provide.
- Training data — your goals, training days, available equipment, injuries, workout logs, and exercise history.
- Nutrition data — diet type, food preferences, meals per day, and check-in logs.
- Usage data — standard web logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Generate your personalised workout and nutrition plans.
- Track your progress over time and improve plan accuracy.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
- Send you account-related emails (e.g. email confirmation, password reset).
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- OpenAI — your profile data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate your personalised plan. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models.
- Google — if you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us under their privacy policy.
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by Stripe.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at coach@biomechcoaching.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights including:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to correct inaccurate data.
- The right to request deletion of your data.
